Affirmation

Affirmation is a statement. It confirms our stated thing in positive terms. An affirmation is strengthened when it is matched by our belief in it that it works. It is also strengthened by our self worth - that we are fit to receive. We have seen some things about the statements we make they are being repeated here for sake of clarity.

I am feeling hungry. I need to eat food.

I am feeling hungry. I want food to eat.

I am feeling hungry. I should be eating now.

I am hungry. I am eating food. - This is an affirmation and also an asserting statement. It is a good affirmation.

I want to / wish to / need  to / should be eating slowly.

I am eating my food at lunch slowly today. This is an affirmation and also an asserting statement. It is a good affirmation.

I am committing myself to eat food slowly. A very good affirmation.

I am committed to eat my food slowly, deliberately, attentively and exclusively. This is an excellent affirmation.

I am committed to eat my food slowly, deliberately, attentively and exclusively. Hey my mind please listen. I am giving you permission to be with me all the time while I am eating my food so that I achieve what I have decided. . . . . so that I achieve my decision. . . . . . . so that I achieve my decision and commitment. . . . . so that my decision is achieved. . . . . . so that my decision and commitment is achieved.

I need to / I hope I find a parking at Reliance Supermarket.

I am finding a parking on reaching Reliance Supermarket.

A parking is waiting for me as I reach Reliance Supermarket.

Oh! How will I clear this traffic jam.

I am clearing this traffic jam.

I am finding myself on the other side of this traffic jam soon.

This traffic jam is clearing for me to pass through safely.

All the help, assistance, consideration, cooperation comes to me easily.

I wish to / want to / need to / pass the exam.

I am passing the examination.

I am committed to passing the examination.

I need / want help.

Help is reaching me.

I want people to appreciate me.

Others are appreciating me.

I am appreciated. My work is appreciated. All I do receives appreciation all the time - instead of un-asked for - instead of without my asking.

Affirmation works on either-or principle. I need to keep away from interfering in the process. I need to believe it works. I need to be patient. I need to keep away from pushing / enquiring / expecting / anticipating.

Affirmation works because I am the master. SCM is at my service all the time.

Summary: We have seen what an affirmation is. Many examples are seen. Necessities are studied. Primary belief is learnt.
