We humans as homo-sapiens have existed on mother earth for a good 200,000 years. Generations of humans have been born, lived and died. We belong to the present century of the technology age.
All of us strive to get the best out of our human lives. It is only a few of us who manage to use the resource of the Power of our Subconscious Mind. We can use this resource to get what we want effortlessly and fast without doing much. This messaging works well in an environment of positivity.
We have been born many times over to reach our present age and stage of life. We have been through many births. The subconscious has been recording and will keep recording inputs - experiential, pleasure and pain experienced, our responses and spoken utterances all without interpretation. These births may not be in keeping with popular literature, as yet it has significance in Positivity because the nature of recording undergoes notable change with every birth. The many births are:
- Cellular birth when we were conceived;
- Physical birth when we were born;
- Psychological birth when we were nine months old;
- Social birth when we were roughly three years old;
- Cognitive birth when we were ten-twelve years old;
- Grown up person birth when we were nineteen years old;
- Looking back birth when we were or will be thirty one years old;
- End of growth birth when we were or will be forty years old;
- Aging birth when we were or will be sixty five years old;
- Growing old birth when we were or will be eighty years old.
We do most of the things by habit. There could be some things that we do after thinking, evaluating, reasoning, assessing, weighing, deciding and after operation of will and choice. Difficult to believe. Try changing the first leg you put forward. Try changing the crossing arm in a hand cross. Try changing the way you soap your body, or brush, or comb or for that matter the order of eating from a plate. Fact is that almost ninety percent of the things we do are by habit. We can now learn to do the same with positivity by habit, effortlessly.
There are some things we wish to do but cannot get ourselves to do. There are also some things which we do not want to do, but are forced to do. We all have been programmed in our early years of life.The programme controls our perception of ourselves, others - particular and generally, the quality of our life and its entitlements, about problems and difficulties and many other things we face in life. This programming also incorporates our beliefs, values, inhibitions, compulsive behaviors, and thinking, feeling and behaving patterns.
Practicing positivity takes time, say upto three years. There is a reason. Our programming is incorporated into the neural network of our brain. New neural connections are generated, sets of connections get networked through repetitive practice and the networks themselves organise in new ways over time. It is only then that the things we have been practicing start happening by habit. There is another shortcut way. This works faster. It is by changing and accepting beliefs and values at a fundamental level. So, now is the time we need to make a decision that we are accepting positivity and allowing it a role to play in changing our life for good.
Do this. Address your mind thus: Hey my mind. I like you, I love you, I admire you, I respect you. You are valuable to me. I give you permission to use positivity to advantage. Please use it.

Summary: We have been promised that we can get what we want effortlessly and fast without doing much. For that we need to programme ourselves to think, feel, emote, act, behave, speak, structure thoughts, structure what we say and how we respond differently by implementing Positivity Practices.
